It is very obvious that if there is a god - admittedly absurdly unlikely - then theirs is most definitely not the only way. It is one of a vast number. It has a very small chance of being the right way if there is indeed only one way. And it cannot account for all those who claim god who have either not heard of or not accepted christianity.
So don't punch them - feel sorry for them. They have compromised their lives to follow an empty promise from a long dead religious leader - with no real prospect of it being the right path. They are little lost people on the road of life, leading sad and pathetic existences.
You, however, have the whole world at your feet because you are free of their pathetic dogma.

Maybe if you accepted Jesus into your life you would no longer feel like punching people. Only he can relieve this anger and hatred you feel!
That was meant to be sarcasm.
I am a Christian and overwhelmingly, I really don't like Christians and I find their way of "reaching out" to people to be appalling. If more Christians stopped forcing their views on people with threats and arrogance, perhaps more non- Christians would listen. Not accepting Christ does not make you a Satan worshipper, that is silly it makes you not a Christian and that is all. There is validity to many of the world's religions and yes, the Christian bible says the only way to get into Heaven is to accept Christ, well ok, that is ok, what if you don't want to go to heaven, what if you want to be reincarnated, then follow buddhism. What if you just want to die with no afterlife, beleive in something else. Perhaps there is a Christ and all that he offers is as the Bible says it is, perhaps, there is not. I personally was told it is safer to beleive than not to because if there isn't then you are fine, if there is, then you are screwed.
I found after years of being a non-Christian (because of the way I was approached by Christians) that after I changed my life, it was much better and I was much happier, but I also believe firmly that it is YOUR place to find that, with your own path. If you want to know about it, ask, or listen but I won't shove it down your throat, I won't barrade you or belittle you and I certainly won't sit here telling you that you will burn in hell, because that would be the greatest hyppocrasy of all. It is not my place to stand in judgement of you, far too few remember that.
The Christians who do what they do they way that you describe are doing more of a disservice to the Lord and the religion for the very reason you stated above. I hope that you find your own path in life, one that you feel comfortable with and don't let the evil Christians get you down.

You've just got to take a deep breath, laugh, and remind yourself that there's a lot of good people in the world not like them.
It hurts a bit, it always does, but if I can I try to educate, teach people why diversity is a good thing. If they don't want to listen or change their opinion on me there's nothing I can do, I just breath out the bad karma and breath in the good, then spend time with those more tolerant.

All religions stem from the same sources and stories, only names are changed and stories are slightly different. They are all there to MAKE us be better people. They don't really show a person that they should simply just be the best they can be. They cause a person to become trapped in their thinking and scared. Religions were created by humans in order to create laws and become peaceful societies. They really have no purpose now that we are evolved. They only cause chaos now, instead of peace.

Those who act like that are giving the other good Christians a bad representation. I do not follow religion nor do I believe in god. I have no problem with people who go to church and believe in god. It becomes a problem when I am mocked and spoken down to for not following everyone else in believing in god.

No one should try to force any religion on anyone. And for the Christians that judge they should know the following "Judge not lest you be judged yourself" Only God can judge. However I see a lot of good things and philosophies in other religions. How can someone say that one religion is perfect, when no one really knows.

Jesus said" No one comes to the Father but through me". I think that is why Christians say that there is only one way to heaven. We all have our own personal beliefs & inner faith. Why can't we all live and let live and stop bashing each other. Anyone who is passionate about their faith and their God wants to share that feeling with others. Some people get a bit carried away and are over zealous and others refuse to listen to anyone's opinion but their own. I personally think we can learn from each other and take from every religion and learn about our creator, our purpose and build our faith.

Oh I believe in god but I don't believe in the man made religion that was put in the bible that tries to control people into a minupulative way of thinking just for power which the church used to get power. I have learnt to ignore every now and then I speak up but I just let the Christians have there fued who cares as if there really going tpo heaven hahahaah what a joke. You live you die and thats it. If you happend to wake up in heaven or in another world wow thats great but I don't think anyones going to hell and burn for the rest of their lives how stupid is that. Anyway been nice chatting chow.

Spell-examine toddler. Your rant would be properly worth responding to if there grow to be a query in touch. inspite of each little thing, it relatively is a "question and answer" communicate board-no longer a "slap you down and run" communicate board. confident, christians usually lash out in anger and indignation from us atheists. usually, nervous human beings act irrationally. it relatively is stressful to chat experience to somebody who's afraid. and that they have got already suspended their psychological, rational capacities to be waiting to swallow the virgin delivery and the ineffective guy saved me from myself bs it relatively is their faith. in case you weren't indignant and protecting, you would be waiting to be loving and forgiving of erroneous and nervous human beings, quite of being so abrasive. attempt being happy quite of ultimate--it works wonders on your innovations-set. attempt determining what you do have self belief in quite of tromping on what others have self belief in. you will attempt Buddhism for a peaceful and majestic international-view that does no longer incorporate a god. you will flow to a Unitarian Universalist church which will include you, agnostic, atheist, religious or whever you finally end up on that spectrum. you will locate some peace, self-attractiveness and generosity there, that may develop your existence.

It doesn't bother me at all. I know they're wrong, and I pity anyone who serves a God who drowned, tortured, and slaughtered millions, conspired to have his own kid beaten and killed, repeatedly commanded his followers to hurt and kill people, and who would be so sadistic as to create a place such as Hell. Consider just how pathetic and hopeless you'd have to be to put your faith in, and devote your life and children to, someone THAT bad! I could NEVER be a Christian.
