i need some help i love this girl with all my heart but she has a 1 year old boy now we went out before but then broke up cause we needed a brake but now i want her back cause i love her but now she has a kid and the father left her so wat do u i do how long do i wait untell i can ask her if she wants to go out again plus did i say that i was 17 and c we still talk to each other and i help her with her boy but i dont know if its the right time to ask her if she wants to go back out so this is y i'm posting this so if anybody can help please do

You're 17. She's 20 and a single mother.
Do you want to be obligated for child support if you pursue her and eventually get married and then later divorce? This can and does happen. The laws are in her favor if you've been married to her.
Her child is her #1 priority now. Not you. Not now. Not ever.
Do you want to date someone who is looking for father material for their child and not just thinking about "who you are" and how you are together as a couple?
Date. Enjoy dating. Go to school. Establish your career.
Don't bother with a steady girlfriend until after school , if even then. Don't think about marriage till you're 30. Don't saddle yourself while your so young. She is not the end all and be all of the world, no matter how much it may seem that way.

Take a step at a time. You must be able to give her space because her life is different from yours. It's good you're helping her and it's better because she acknowledged your help. But don't do it just for her. When you love a women with her child means that you should love both equally. You should not ask her and do the best you can. Time will give you the encouragement to ask her at the right time. Only you'll know when is the right time. It should not be planned. It should be natural.

Focus on the child. Are you ready to be a father? No, I didn't think so. So do your part to save the child's feelings and let her go out there and find a real man who will consider the child's feelings.
