I dont think it comes naturally-it has to be learned. Some women appear to be clumsy and cant even walk correctly.I was lucky enough to learn ballet as a child and this taught me good deprtment ,how to stand sit and give the appearance of being taller.Even now in my 40s people ask me if I was ever a dancer-so I guess it stays with you.
I still remember my dance teacher saying "tails in girls, tummys in,chests out and shoulders back!"

It comes from a good upbringing. I took ballet lessons when i was younger and have been told that I have a really graceful way of carrying myself and moving. Though my walk and movements are not as nice when I'm not "in shape." So I take care to always be in good shape, and in that regard it takes a lot of work. =)

If a girl isn't used to being graceful, though, I'm sure she could learn by copying others. Then again, some girls may not have the propioception for it and no matter how hard they try they won't be able to move that way.

I think it is very circumstancial - how comfortable yoyu are in a certain situation, how comfprttably our clothes fit, and above all how you're feeling - beign tired not in the mood etc doesn't do much for it. On the other hand when you are in a good mood, wanna get out (whatever the reason) and full of evergy (alaso being fit is one of those things that are contributory) then yeah, it's natural then.

i knew a model named Roberta, she was very pretty and she told me that she had to take lessons on how to walk, move, stand and look graceful. she said it was hard to learn because she had to be aware of her movements all the time. most women who are graceful, had learned it at a very early age
