I have a fare skin and dont want to burn my skin what is the correct way to use a sunbed? should I use creams? What is a save amount of time to use the sunbed and still get a golden tan? How many times a week should I go & how long before the wedding should I start???

Most tanning salons do a course. Generally if you use the new upright tanners they recommend that you only go for a max of 6 mins every other day. They reckon that you should have a nice even tone within two weeks. They also have specialist creams that interact with the ultra violet rays that they recommend.

Why not try Tanning Pills??Sun Beds are sooo dangrous,i woudn't go anywhere near one.Good Luck on your Big Day!!!!
