why does the human immune systerm fluxuate.?

Why does the human immune systerm fluxuate from day to day.I beleive the streagth of the human immune systerms changes from day to day.Week to week.

Human immune system does not fluctuate. It responds to different environmental changes apprpriately.
In diseases of immunological system changes are predictable.

"In diseases of immunological system changes are predictable." I disagree. In autoimmune diseases you can predict *how* the immune system will behave during flare-ups, but you can't predict *when* they will occur.
