Learn to speak the same language as her, for starters.
Next, don't make sex your goal. Try and get a girlfriend because you like her and want to spend time with her. If you are a good match, you treat each other respectfully, and you are (hopefully) in love, then sex will come as a natural progression.

DON'T, otherwise she will resent you unless she is ready too, take the lead from her, girls get pressured into sex by boys all the time, they always resent it unless its on their terms, be patient, its worth waiting for!
