So my best friend has this cousin. We have been friends, but I saw him recently after a long time. Long story short, we really connected. He started telling all of his friends he liked and I was the best thing in his life tc. etc. (but keep in mind we are not going out). So my friend asks him if he was gonna ask me out and he was like totally, yeah. So I was told by many people to text him, which I did. He didn't text back. and a week later he said Don't talk to me. However, he is still saying all this stuff about me I mentioned before, and is still planning on asking me out......
Oh yes I forgot.....
he went out with another friend of mine and cheated )but after she cheated on him)
My friend who's cousin he is is worried he'll hurt me.
So what do you think?

Waste of time. He lacks the courage to ask you out. He's mean to you when you have the courage to ask him out. He's also not honorable: an honorable man doesn't cheat on someone who cheats on him, he breaks up withher.

Three people cant be in relationship.You should either try to check out how it goes between only two of you or else move on forget it if cousin is getting involved since it just creates trouble in between sooner or later it gets confusing lot of heart ache and worry and time.Either its both of you directly or neither.

What this guy says and his actions are totally different. He even says he's afraid that he will hurt you. When a guy says stuff like that girlfriend, you'd better believe him. He has recognized that you are too good for him and he doesn't want to hurt you. Leave this guy alone.

sounds fishy to me. if i like someone i ask them out. Just how it is.
cheaters are always cheaters. just how it is. if i knew she cheated on me, i'd ditch her plain n simple...wouldn't try to get revenge...that's just a stupid game. he plays them, so dont waste ur time on him.
