Your story is quite romantic.

Why don't you emigrate to Mexico? Perhaps you could pioneer a better way of life in that country, introduce public education, social services, and government accountability.

It would be the gracious thing to do--then you wouldn't have to bring all your wife's relatives to the US so she won't miss them.

You will need to file a I-130 a G-325a for you and a G-325a for her along with a certified copy of your marriage license, her birth certificate and your birth certificate, two 2X2 passport picture each for you and your spouse, these forms and docs will be sent to the region office that represents the state you live in. Once you get confirmation that your I-130 has been received then you will need to file a I-129f a G-325a for you and a G-325a for her and a I-134 and send it to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. P.O. Box 7218, Chicago, IL. 60680-7218 DON'T send your I-130 to this address. You can also call or go to your local USCIS office and ask for the complete package which will be the above needed forms. Best Wishes

My son married a European girl a few years ago. It was easier to get her paperwork done in her country. Go to the US embassy in Mexico and start from there. It took about one year for her to get everything, green cardsocial security card, work permit. good luck,do it the legal way and you will have a better life.

Well you are legally married in Mexico, so you will need to get all that marriage stuff filed out as well as green card applications, and temporary visa.

But she should do it from there, because if she does it here in the U.S. then she will be no better than the selfish illegal immigrants that come here and do all this crap and file for everything here so they dont have to pay taxes and what not. If you can, call her or mail her-DO SOMETHING, and get her to file to come to the U.S.A. legally there in Mexico!

Have her apply to be a citizen and gain her green card. She will have to take a test. A really hard one that most Americans cant pass. Then once she passes she can live with you. She will become a Legal Alien/American Citizen rather than an illegal alien.

Good Luck!!

there's a criminal way of doing it. in accordance to USCIS there's a sparkling visa ok-a million for spouses people electorate. it is not difficult, she would be waiting to ought to flow to US embassy and ask each and all the workplace work, definetely they are going to choose nothorized translation of your marriage certificates.

Apply for a US visa for your wife by presenting your marriage certificate so that you can come with her to the US.
