They prefer to be called LDS or Latter-Day Saints. And there are 12-13 million LDS throughout the world, so I'm sure plenty of them are here. I hope so, because they're nice, honest, intelligent, and don't give into a lot of the crap going around in the world. They also don't persecute others for religious beliefs even though they take a lot of persecution themselves. GO MORMONS!!!

Technically, yes, but just because i was raised mormon. Now i'm struggling with leaving...i havent told my parents yet and i dont know how they're going to take it, or how all the members that i know will act. I'm 15 by the way.
Oh and rainfog- do you know that that 12-13 million member thing is a lie by Pres. Hinkley? There's actually only 4-5 million; the rest are people that dont even consider themselves mormon anymore (exmormons, investigators, inactives). There are only about 4-5 million ACTIVE members who still consider themselves mormon. Just one of the many lies by the old geezer.
Did you also know that Joseph smith changed his account of the first vision 4 times? He also had 34 wives. Did you know that 11 of those 34 wives had living husbands at the time of their marriage to JS? A lot of their husbands he just sent off on missions to england so that he could steal their wives, marrying them against their will, when their husband left. The youngest of his wives was 14 YEARS OLD! It's sad how all the mormons still think Emma was JS's only wife.
You should learn about a cult, i mean, religion before you join it and put all of your faith in it.
