I have an odd situation. I'm gonna be dating a friend of my sister's, who i also worked with and have known for 2 years. My sister is 24, her friend, Andrea, is 18 and I am 19. My sister is really annoying and she is constantly trying to find out whats going on between me and Andrea. Andrea is worried that if things don't work out, it will be odd between me, her, and my sister. she is worried she'd lose both of us as friends. Any advice at how to keep my sister's influence in this at a minimum and make things work out?

Just leave your sister out of it. Just work on your relationship with Andrea, and explain that your sister is not part of that relationship, and her friendship with Andrea will not be affected it.
