This guy I know says that his di*k is 4 inches and he thinks its large. I dont know, but is he lying to me? Is this large?

It depends on whether it's in normal mode or in passion mode......in normal mode, that's about right, but in passion mode, the average wang length for guys is, if I remember correctly from an article I've read, is like 5 1/2 inches.....four inches is small if he measured himself in the erectile state.....very small.....the dude is lying big time.....LOL

Large enough to satisfy all girls about 4 feet. Some 5 feet sometimes..
4 inches isn't large but if you tell us how tall he might be than I can kinda tell ya if he's lying.
6 inches is the normal
10 inches up is good but for tall girls
anything 15 inches up may be a problem cause it can damage the inside of a girl,,,

When guys brag about how big their **** is then they are most always quite small self-esteem wise....and no 4 inches isn't big anyway. How old are you? This is not what anyone should be looking for in a man anyway at any age!

maybe when it's not hard, but with an erection 4 inches is not large. that's sorta on the small side.
