What would be the best answer for this question?

YOUR honest opinion is the best answer to any question asked during the interview.

I would assume the most challenging aspect for you would be thinking for yourself. You probably shouldn't say that, though.

I live in a relatively small town so for me I run into the problem of ticketing or arresting someone you know (or someone who knows where you live or whose kids play with yours, having to take your kid to soccer practice and seeing the man you arrested for domestic assault two days ago next to you at the game/grocery store etc.)

It is the most challenging aspect for YOU though, so you should come up with something personal.
Challenging aspects: shiftwork with kids in the house, working holidays when everyone else is together celebrating,

Man, you are going to have to answer these questions yourself.

Really everyone is different. I sit on our oral boards.

I expect a different answers from different people. Everyone has their own life experiences, different strengths and weaknesses and different levels of experience.

Best advice is to answer truthfully and sell yourself. It's going to be like any interview. Oral boards are 75% honesty, confidence, expressing yourself and defending your answers and 25% what you actually say.
