no it does. trust me. what you should do is use cocoanut lotion/oil/cream. Woman use this on there belly when pregnant so that they dont get stretch marks. But tanning does not reduce stretch marks, stretch marks have no pigment so they do not tan

no, because its scar tissuse or whatever and that doesnt get colour... but Fake tanner in a bottle will cover them up
