I had the same problem with sensitive skin. I can only suggest Cetaphil daily skin cleanser (they have more products as well) and Neutrogena oil free moisturizer. I use them and have better luck than with any acne medications and chemicals, which would just iritate my skin.
So, you simply have to use the cleanser morning and night and after each use, apply the lotion. For your helmet, clean the padded area with alcohol or peroxide (i'm not sure on this one). There are probably even some wipes you can use. GoOD LUcK

Well, I know it's not "manly" but try moisturizing!! Here's a fool proof routine:

for the face:
Clean and Clear Advantage Cleanser and Mousturizer.

Buy it at any CVS.

Use both products twice daily/

The cleanser penetrates the pores and the moisturizer makes skin soft and prevents pimples.

Okay, after you work out you must immediately jump in the shower and just rub some plain ol' bar soap on your back and stuff. Also, wash your face after you work out.

Hope this helps!!!

Keep face wipes in your locker so before you put on your pads wipe the oil off your face and right after wipe your face down. That way your skin is free to sweat and excreet oil when you start to run and do drills. Then, keep baby wipes in your locker too to wipe them down. Neutrogena makes a body scrub for acne and a matching lotion so you can keep your back clear. At night, smear neutrogena on the spot benzoyl peroxide cream on your whole face to get rid of the pimples you have and keep more from coming up. it only has 2.5% BP so its not harsh. good luck!

cleanliness is next to godliness so first you will have to keep your skin clean, you can use a mils soap say baby soap, then as you say your skin is dry use a mosturiser,a mild one and see the result here it is tryel and error so try one if it works fine if not try a nother or go to a skin specialist for addvice on your skin type.
