it really depends. i hate to be graphic, but, if you have some foreplay where you warm up the vaginal area and it is well lubricated, it will hurt a little bit. but most of the pain becomes pleasureable to some women. it also depends on how big he is, how old you are, and if you are doing it properly. my first time didn't hurt, but i was ready for it. also, you will feel something down there everytime you have sex, and to you it might feel like pain. it always depends on the person. if you are too afraid, don't do it. or else, try it (when you are ready), and if it hurts too much, then ask him to stop. hopefully you will be with someone who respects your decision!

From what I understand, it can hurt. But it doesn't have to. If your boyfriend is patient and careful it can be just fine. Or at least, it won't hurt for long.

I did have trouble walking after! It was actually kinda painful the second and third time too, for me anyways.
