The only acceptable document for this purpose is one you obtain from the US Embassy in Kyiv.
You can use anything that has a physical address and your name on it, take it to the US Embassy in Kyiv, and get a standard form from them that "certifies" you live at the address on these documents IF they are no older than 60 days. (They don't actually certify you live there, as they have no way to verify, but they have a form that Ukraine accepts).
Otherwise, you can order a social security history from Social Security, which will list all your addresses you lived at, per your work history (from the time you first started to work to the last US job you held) , and the Embassy will certify off of that.
After you get the form from the embassy (it will be in English and Ukrainian), you have to take it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kyiv, and have it "legalized". They will validate what the document is, and verify that the signature is of a US Embassy officer, and give you a "legalization" document.
Nobody in Ukraine will accept bills and such, as they are in English, and all documents used for such things must be in Ukrainian - if you have them translated, you will have to have them done by a certified translation agency (I can refer you if you need one).

Well, ask the people who want the documentation what you can offer. The first thing that occurs to me that is quasi-governmental is a water or electric bill. Actually, it surprises me that your driver's license lists only a post office box, since most states require a physical address.
Unlike other countries, the USA does not require internal residency documents so you may have real trouble. Perhaps getting on line and going to one of the three credit granting agencies (Equifax, TransUnion & ?) via www.annualcreditreport.com which will show addresses, that will convince people.
Did you have a car? Register the car to an address?
Did you get an income tax refund? Did you take any paperwork to the Ukraine or are you looking for some agency to send you something?
