The ethanol content will certainly get you drunk, unfortunately the other alcohols present will probably breakdown into rather toxic metabolites and give you the hangover from hell or worse.
A better bet if you are looking for an over-the-counter drunk experience would be vanilla extract. 35% alcohol by volume, and much tastier and less potential toxicity.
It's worth noting of course that this would be a very expensive way to get drunk, and if you're of age going and buying a pint of crappy rum is a more cost-effective way of getting soused.
Of course, if you're underage, and that determined to get drunk, you're probably better off getting an older friend to go get you a bottle of crappy rum.
If you're too young to have any friends over twenty one, then you're probably way too young to be drinking anyway.

Of course you can. Fork oil is the most inconsistently label "oil" of any that I can think of. a)it's all necessarily Compatible. (Ya seen some of the Prices on late model forks?? What Oil Maker ,,,,even the Most Insane one,,,,would risk Product liability? Not just Fork Damage,,,but Personal Injury also. Worldwide) b) Actual Viscosity in standard SAE Tests is so extremely Wide-Range,,, Ya dont know what the hell your ACTUALLY starting with Anyway. ---The NUMBERS are virtually Meaningless,,,it's the PERFORMANCE that Counts c) it's not unusual to blend Fork Oil to obtain specific characteristics. Fork Oil,,,man,,, $10 worth is about 25~50 CENTS worth of oil Maybe $1~$1.50 of production Overhead And $7~8 worth of "KoolAde",,,ie; Hype,Spam,Bullshitt Such as "Dont Mix OUR Miraculous Product with the Sewerage those OTHER GUYS are Selling! Or your Bike's Children will be born with 2 1/2 Wheels" Dont Drink the KoolAde. (Ref:Koolade>Rev Jim Jones' Jonestown,Guyana Encampment's Refreshment of the Day) ......................................... Fork Oil does NOT stiffen the fork. It SLOWS the action of the hydraulic's Dampening It's a bad mistake to try to make a Too Softly Sprung supsension behave as if it's Properly Sprung by increasing Dampening rate with heavier oil. More Sluggish= Less Compliant Less Compliant reduces traction overall,,,and other blah, blah, blah. ...................................... I'm already beyond the scope of your question. And you may know this already,,,but I'll type it out anyway -- Use Mobile 1 Synthetic ATF. Its about 10W (Fork Equivalent) -- Your Honda has an oil capacity range of 6" oil level to 4.5" Thats with Caps Off,,Springs OUT,,and Fork Collapsed 6"=Lower Level=Softer 4.5=Higher=Firmer ---You can add 1/2"~3/4" Spring Preload Spacer(a piece of pipe) Or buy some Custom springs which are Nice but can be Expensive. Oil Height/Volume is NOT a "Setting",,it's an adjustment you can tune to your personal prefference. A HIGH oil level has Less Air Space,,,so the air spring effect makes the Fork STIFFER,Faster as it's compressed A piddler will "Balance" spring rate by juggling physical preload vs Air Cushion. All Trial and Error The bike has AirCaps on the forks. Neat trick,I 'spose,,,and many would argue ,,,but I Hate air forks and the probs they bring. I would not put any air in,,,,ZERO psi. If the bike has not had a fork oil change in a while,,,Might be wise to do a quick flush with any cheap Dextron-type ATF. Drain the legs,,,re-fill w/ about a 1/2 qt of cheap atf,,,pump it a few times. Then dump that . Let it sit draining a while. THEN fill properly with Mobile 1 atf.
