leave it sit because if you remove it you will also remove your yeast. Good luck on your brew!

Leave it-it's part of the process and will eventually end up as trub.

Let it sit. It will all go crazy when it starts to ferment anyway. Also, you will clarify it more when you bottle or keg the beer.
