i just kind of forgot that my brother was leaving for iraq today(saturday) (he lives in another state with his dad) i am like the only one that didnt say good bye to him. i was going to but i totally forgot.will he be mad at me? what should i do?

Simple. My cuz is in the marines and i didn't get to say good bye.
Write a letter to him explain I'm sure he will understand he is your brother.
And if that don't work SUIT UP !!! Your going over there to see him.

Alot of soldiers have access to email, so send him one. It will be a nice surprise when he gets there. And start writing to him, yes by hand and mail it, every few days. Simply tell him what you are doing, it doesn't have to be a long letter. Find out what he can have there, and send a package with things for him and for him to share. Your brother will appreciate it forever.

Well, I don't see how you could possibly forget! That's an extremely big deal! But anyways, no I don't think he'll be mad. The next time you get to talk to him, tell him the truth; You forgot. Tell him how much you'll miss him and love him. He couldn't be mad at you!

that was pretty major mistake.....you better come up with a ....I had the flu...story....Yes they can check their mail in iraq but will take about a week for him to get there and get settled.
