i just bought some Proactiv and the stuff they give u...do u just put it on your hand and scrub it on your face or do have to use a cloth. Each of the three formulas they give you.....How long do u leave them on? It doesn't say in the book they gave me. Thanks!

with the cleanser, put a little bit of warm water on ur face first. then, put it in ur hands and rub it on ur face. dont put to much where not needed. it could give you a rash! after you have done that, rinse it with cool water. then pat dry. next, get a cotton ball or a paper towel, and put the green stuff(i 4got wat it was called. lol) on ur face where needed. let that dry, or u can pat it dry. now, put the lotion on. not much just a little in every spot. rub it together and pat dry. if u have that mask, put a little bit on where u need it then, or before u go to bed. if u do it then, just rub it in and let it stay there for about 5 mins. then rinse it. if u put it on before bed, leave it on, and take it off in the morning. ur face will feel great!!!!

I. Wet your face. Take the big white bottle and put a dime size in your hands. Wash your face with warm water. Pat dry.
2. With a cotton ball squirt a little bit of the cleaner on to the cotton ball and rub into the infected area.
3. Take a little bit of the cream from the little white bottle and place just a little on your fingers. Apply a thin layer to the infected area.

ok for the cleanser you just put some in ur hand and scrub it in and then rinse it off and then 4 the toner you use a cotton pad/ball and swipe it on and wait till it dries and then put on the lotion with ur hands and leave it on...but fyi: i used it and it actually made my skin worse!! it dried it out and it hurt and did not look good at all. but good luck i hope it works 4 u!!! o but just 2day i got the clearasil ultra 3 step system and my skin feels MUCH better!!

The exfoliator (the rough cream) you rub it on your skin, then rinse off, and dry your face. Then apply the green/clear formula with a cotton pad, and allow to dry, then apply a SMALL amount of the white cream, and allow to dry.

the first one is the renewing cleanser and you put it on your face with your hand and rinse it off and dry your pace then the toner you put on with a little cotton ball or something like that and you let it dry then you put on the repairing lotion with your hand and you let it dry and that is all you do not hard at all
