Laps. Doing laps in a pool is one f the few (if not the only) exercise that works almost all muscle groups. They're pretty hard at first, so just try a few and then work your way up. You could also tread water. That really works your arms and legs. I love swimming, It's fun, healthy and keeps you cool in the summer :)

lap swimming, back strokes, and try a lil' frog swimming. it works (i haven't tryed it but a friend did, and it really works!!!)
