Whenever I am short of Potassium in my system, I get leg cramps and Charley horses! Sleeping funny gives me neck pains and very rare eating too many foods made of flour causes upper back/neck weakness leading to pain, some kind of allergy perhaps to wheat! Well, nothing that cannot be fixed.....a glass of orange juice fixes the cramps, neck pain with massage and elimination of wheat products! Hope this helps:)

Hi!! I was having hand, leg, and foot cramps every day and night.. After research, I began taking Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D and found that it really helps. The directions are on the bottle. Good Luck.
