I would like to start a tradition of a nice family dinner at home and cutting a cake for my son's 1st birthday, however, my parents, sisters, and inlaws totals about 15 adults and I live in a small condo. I don't want to choose btwn my parents house or inlaws house. A restaurant may be costly and not as cozy. Any suggestions please!

Make sapce in your condo and make it there
15 people is not that much!

My family (20) fits in my livingroom when we do small reunions!!

Nice tradition but do you really think it will hold up when your son grows up and doesn't want to spend his birthday with his boring family? Birthdays for kids are supposed to be fun, and its your job to make it so. Have your family over, put him in a high chair and give him some cake to smush in his hair. Take alot of pictures, he'll be 25 in a blink of an eye.

Is there a clubhouse in your condo neighborhood?

You could do it in a park, but you already said, "cozy dinner at home" which pretty much limits you to... home.

reserve a shelter in a city park... grill some burgers... cut some cake... the kids can run all over the park... good times...
