I got an industrial ear piercing about 3 weeks ago. Everything has been going well, except for the past few days I noticed a small tube of skin forming between the piercing and the jewelry. Is this part of the normal healing process? I have no swelling, itchiness, redness, or pus; and I just wasn't sure if I should be concerned about this tube of skin, or if it was normal. Thanks for the help!

If you just got it pierced a couple days ago its natural for it to get like this for the first few weeks. my brother just got one and he has the same thing, just dont do anything to it , and it will be fine :]

It shouldn't. As long as you a place for the bar to go vertically through on both top and bottom it should be fine. And the bar won't cross the part of your ear that will just make the ear fold after its pierced and the jewelry is. When I got mine done I used the H2Ocean spray. 1 spray 3-4 times a day. Its simple and cheap. I love it.

It's pretty normal. It'll go back to normal after the healing process is done, just keep it clean and don't touch it with your hands if you didn't wash them with soap! :-)
