Ok i was on this road and i was making a 3-point turn. I was in the middle of the turn and this car rides up on me. His lights were in my eyes and everything. He was so far up i couldnt go back for the rest of my turn. So i had to countinue foward. I knicked this guys tire... it was a big truck. He yelled at me to stop, and i did. i pulled over and ran to him. i was so out of it, i apologized a million times. he checked out his car and everything. then he was like what did you hit? and i said the tire. he checked out the tire and said to get the **** out of here. So i did. What will happen now? Like am i ok? No damage was done to his car from what we could see.

I'd move to Peru under a false identity for a week till he calms down. Dye your hair and grow a breard. Make sure you stay off that stretch of road for awhile.
Don't make 3 point turns unless you can get off the roadway.
If there was no police report and he did not get your license plate, try not to worry.
Don't call your insurance company- they'll raise your rates if you so much as hit a squirrel.

No info exchanged, no police not much you can do now. Now if for some reason he grabbed our plate number, and decides to report it down the road, tell adj from insurance company exactly what happened, and let them hammer it out..

Seems to me the guy told you. Don't worry about it, but pay attention next time, you made a bad judgement call and it could have been far worse.
