I am just curious as to how well it actually works. I am looking to loose about 20 or so lbs. and wondered if it's REALLY worth the $$ to use it as a supplement to diet and exercise. Thanks in advance!!

Go and read the website..Myalli.com... Read carefully, there's some pretty interesting and rather funny things to consider in the website... For instance it says if starting Alli, it's best to take when close to home since loose and gassy bowels may strike w/o warning.. Also, and this is no joke... It's best to wear dark pants and possibly bring a change of clothes to work... as well as not to take if going to be away extended periods from a restroom/bathrooom facilty... I don't know about you, but I would stick w/ diet and exercise... It's basically a fat blocker so if you eat greasy foods you are going to pay more than the big bucks it cost to buy the pills... You'll be spending the summer on the toilet... Also, once you stop taking it, you may gain back all the weight anyway...Good luck.
