Sanafabich is correct, as is the following contributor. Red meat, Liver and 'Legumes' (all forms of beans) are the foods that will increase Red Blood cell production. Otherwise, the next best thing is to take "Iron" tablets.

Anything with iron in it, such as: red meat, liver, raw spinache, chick peas, some fruits like apricots also contain iron. For more, do a search on google for food rich in iron.
