Sounds like she really makes you nervous. When you see her, just take a deep breath walk up to her and ask her to go to the movies with you.

this is what i do. im in love with a girl but she doesnt like me back, if you read my question it explains everything, but before her when i really liked a girl and never got the courage to ask her out, when i saw her i closed me eyes and imagined how perfect my life would be if i was together with her and i just said it without thinking. sometimes it worked, sometimes it didnt.

No words of wisdom...just gotta do it. Get brave, plunge in and ask her out. Maybe say, "For some reason, this is really difficult for me to do...but, would you like to go .....".

After you say "What's up?" say "Would you like to go out with me?:" Have something specific in mind like bowling. Set a definite date and time and tell her you'll pick her up or meet her there. Call her to confirm it before you go.
It's easy. Just do it.

I totally know what you mean... I wimped out while trying to ask someone out, and ended up doing it very stupidly...
Try to stay calm and breathe normally, and DON'T SPAZ OUT hehe
remember, you can't possibly be worse off than you are now (and if you CAN, pretend you can't...)

write a letter to her n send it 2 her old fashion it's really romantic n it should get ur feelings across with out screwing it up n don't delete everything stupid just rite ur thoughts n how ur gonna rite the letter that way she can know how most heartly feel

she probably likes you too & think it's cute to see you stumble all over urself in her presence.
write her a letter, send her some flowers, candy...send a message thru a mutual friend. a few ways to break the ice.
