Nobody seems to be interested in me because I'm 5 10!!! When my friend asked my crush if he would ask me out he said that it would be perfect except I'm too tall for him... I've gotten this response more than once.... Any ideas???

I'm fairly tall myself (At least around here - I'm 5'7" and I'm taller than most of the women I see...live in missouri), but most of the men are tall here too. My fella is tall too, he's 6'2" and he loves how tall I am. It's just based on the individual. Some men like tall women, taller than themselves, and some don't. Try looking around some more, you'll find him!
Be proud of your height! I love feeling so much taller than people, but I wouldn't mind a few more inches. If all your height is in your legs (some women have long legs, some women have long torsos) then you can accentuate them with tight pants (and you know men will do anything for a nice pair of legs in tight pants!).

If most guys are uncomfortable with your height, than the only reasonable thing to do is to try to attract guys taller than you. There are A LOT of guys that are 6 feet and up. Try starting a relationship with one of them. I've never dated a guy yet that wasn't 5' 11'' +... It's quite easy to find one. There's no way you could really shrink yourself... Hope this helps! And don't worry, you'll find someone. Just think of yourself as a model. Heidi and Tyra and all of them have to deal with exactly the same thing. =)

I love tall women. Most women wo are tall have most of their height in legs and what man doesn't like long legs. 5'8 is adv for men and 5'6 for women, but there is a lot of men over 6' like 2 of my sons. Just look for a guy over 6' and then you will feel short.

Well... I'm inclined to say you don't want someone who doesn't want you because you're tall. But I would try to show the guy that you're worthwhile to be with, and if he still can't look past your height, he's not worth it.
And wear flats ;)

You choose the guys you date, don't let them choose you. You are a good height and nothing is wrong with that. I'm 5'9 and my boyfriends were between 5'6 and 5'10. If it is really proving a problem only date guys around your height or taller but never let your height bother you.

some men are intimidated by taller chicas. u dont want those kind anyway. insecure and need to feel in control.
there's not much you can do in short of walking around on ur knees. be proud of ur height. i LOVEEEEEEEEEEE height & im not the only one that does.

just dont wear high heels, find a man who is taller, youre at supermodel height, so you are a little intimidating, find a real man who isnt afraid of height

guys are intimidated by girls taller than them. it makes them feel not right, because usually the girl is smaller than the guy. this gives the guy a sort of "powerful protective" feeling...as if he is the dominant one. if the girl is taller, its awkward and the man sort of feels like he is losing his manly stance in the relationship. your best bet is to look for cute guys taller than you! :P
