How Do I get God To Hear Me? Or Help Me?

Im 33, Seems like the only way out of my emotional turmoil would be to die. I am so depressed now after years of battling severe anxiety and panic attacks. I feel there are no more options, I want to just give up. I’ve been battling this for over 12 years now. I have been on Xanax for 12 years as well. Sometimes it takes the edge off, but that’s it.
I kinda got better for the last 4 years, I was able to travel short distances like 10-20 miles, but out of the blue, I started freaking again, for no reason. Now I can barely get out my front door again.
I feel I have nothing to offer, and nothing to give anyone. I’m pretty much useless, sitting here wondering why I was even born.I never got to get married, I never got to have kids because of this. My life has passed me by. I am so tired of these feelings. I never have not one day of peace, I am in a constant state of anxiety and panic, checking my feelings constantly, my God I can’t do anything. What’s the use in living, I have had enough!

Someone please help me with this!

My friend, there is hope and I am living proof.

You may feel you have nothing offer, but what is this to God? Is He not all-powerful? You have what He wants and all He wants is you.

Jesus said in Matthew 11:28 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." This is an incredible promise and it is true. I have experienced it and have received the peace He promised.

Jesus Christ is the living God, and if you call upon His name, He will hear your prayers and answer your requests. He has opened the door for anyone to draw near to God. If you truly desire God, then seek after Him.

GOD does hear your prayers and u r not alone i'll pray for u
U DO HAVE A PURPOSE OR ELSE GOD WOULDN'T PUT U HERE
Now u need to take little steps start praying daily and read the bible if u dont have a bible try to see if theres one online
then u need to start building ur self up u need to tlook in the mirror and say i am worth living and i am a great person
then u need to see if u can have some 1 drive u to a support anxiety group
and then slowly but surely get back into the world again and have faith in God but also have faith in u
believe in urself im rooting 4 u

I know it may be hard to believe, but there are many people worse off than you. You have to recognize this and thank God with all your might for this. There are people out there without a home, paralyzed, etc. Just thank God that you are better off than them and pray for them as well. Next, you have to put all your trust- and I mean all of it- in God and that he is the almighty one. You also have to recognize that nothing is imposible to HIm. Your situation may seem impossible to you, but for God, He can literally do anything. His powers are beyond all measures.
Pray for guidance and for help. Tell Him that you are weak and can't resolve anything on your own without Him. Tell Him that you need Him and that you love Him.
Also, start reading and meditating on God's word. Your answers are in there-trust me.
One more thing, try to find a way to glorify God through your existence, and find ways you can serve Him. Anyway possible. There's always a way.
Also, ask people, people who are close to God, to pray for you.
And most importantly, never give up on God. He has a solution to your problem. Even if it might not be the one you expect or want, God has the best plan. So be happy with His solution- whatever it may be.
I will pray for you. And I trust that God will answer your prayers.

I am not going to tell you I understand what pain you have, because I don't. I can safely say, that my pain seems very unsufferable at times though. There is no sense in me going on about my suffering, but I will tell you what helps me. When we feel down like life has nothing to offer, then its time for us to take a look at what God considers about us. God loves us so much and considers our life so precious that he gave his own Son to die for us. Why did he do this? He did this to make us his children. We have no business in comparing our life to anyone elses. Consider how God loves you and has made you his child. Make sure you take a look at the first part and the last part of the passage I attached. The first part is God's own assurance that he has made you his child and heir by the shedding of Jesus blood, the second part explain why we suffer in this world. Jesus was a stranger in this world to many people, they were blind to the vast love Jesus poured out for them, they mocked him and ridiculed him, and still Jesus gave up his life for us so we can be Jesus brothers and sisters. If we are Jesus brothers and sisters, we should expect our earthly life will be difficult too.

The next passage reminds us that God will not let us suffer more than we can bear. Stand firm in the Lord, he will never fail you. Our life is worth living because God made us his children. Lift your head and be proud what Jesus has done for you.

Troy; I will not pretend to know what you are going through because I have not personally gone through it but I have counseled a few people similar to your circumstances and with a great deal of success. I will tell you right now that God loves you and HE wants you to reach out to Him and give all your worries to Him. Gos wants to take them from you and replace them with a joy filled life free from the bonds that currently hold you back.

Please know that there are now several people all over the world praying for you who although we have never met you, we still love you and you are valuable to us and a lot of others. You have touched a lot of people in the short time you have been on YA and there a lot more that need what you have to offer.

I talk to myself! I preach, pray,sing,bray,and cry! I have been doing this so long , it is now nature! I still have the anxiety, and i too ahve not been out of the house for ten days! How do i live i went to human resources , and became a case file, and have been one for thirty years!

I survive with their continued help, medication, and the internet for contact with the world, without actual interaction.

I am not a panic attack person, my anxiety does not contain fear, it contains anxiety! Hope this exemplary information helps you!

Hi friend, I have been where you are before, dont listen to the thoughts in your head, God has a plan for you, to give you hope and a future, call whoever you need to call and be in touch with people, while you are waiting for someone to talk to read your bible out loud, I did this once,I wanted to die on depressants and read about 100 pages outloud just to do the spiritual warfare, try it and call someone..Love yu

If you are on medications then you must have a doctor that you see regularly. Stress to him how you are feeling lately and if he wont help you, get another doctor. You can always call any of your local mental health lines if you are feeling out of control. God has a plan for everyone and you are included. He will let you know your purpose in his time. Prayer is always good! Don't give up!

I command that satan take his hand off of you in the Name of Jesus!! I call for the people of the church to fight for this person, God use us to band together and pray to You the one and only that can break the bondage over this friends life...tell yourself just for the next few days, do different from what you have been doing, get up and fight back, speak the name of Jesus until it brings a change! Satan I rebuke your hold on this person, Jesus come on the scene and destroy the hold...allow the Holy Spirit to flow to her and direct her to you...take this empty feeling heart and mind and use them for your glory, You are a big God and I believe Jesus, and we stand in the gap and have the faith and know that change is possible, because all things are possible with you Lord, you be glorified by the change of this person, in Jesus name....be blessed!!!

I know because I have felt that love, and it moves me to action, to do what I can to help. Seriously you CAN make it. I believe in you.
