I was raised a Christian and reverted to Islam 3 years ago.

Anything is possible

Of course not, but I have never accepted anything at face value. That is the difference between Christianity and Islam. Christianity says nothing about punishment if I decide not to be a Christian. If a Muslim departs from the faith, he is subject to death.

Yes, knowing, loving, appreciating all that Jesus Christ did and is still doing in my life and the life of others, I am sure, like Walid Shoebat, who was born in Bethlehem, a Palestinian Muslim, who became a holy jihad terrorist & is responsible for killing Americans/Israelis alike, was introduced to The Bible and came to know, believe, and trust in The God of Abraham, and His Son Jesus Christ. Although there is a price on his head, although he has escaped several asassination attempts on his life, He still publicly proclaims his faith, witnesses to Islamics and everyone else, and is assisting the American/Israeli government/people to deter and stop Islamic jihadist terrorism.

Just remember, "With God ALL things are possible."

I have friends who were Muslim, but learned what the Bible teaches and who then became Christian.

They each tell me it was like having darkness removed from their minds.

Of all the Christians I have met, former Muslims are the most geniuine. They leave everything behind for the sake of Christ.

There are certainly any number of examples of people being raised in one religion converting to another.

Or in the case of Protestant Christianity, starting your own church.

no. for the most part, if you grow up with something, believing something, it's hard to let go, especially if all your life your parents and elders have been telling you it's the only way to go and all those other religions are false.. that you'd be punished for converting.

Huge difference in culture between C and M . Pity, because both religions believe in one God. And He is the same God. Just politics that separate the two. Culture is a powerful divider. lol

I don't believe in Christianity and I was raised a Christian. I certainly wouldn't if I were raised Muslim.

I wasn't brought up as a Christian; my mother is agnostic. I converted to Catholicism at age 32.
