I'm a distance runner, and every shoe I try is either too heavey, bulky, or gives me blisters. Does anyone have an awesome shoe that is opposite of my findings? I've tried Asics, but I found the ones I bought were just bulky and uncomfortable. I've also tried Nike Shocks, but they are so heavy I feel like I have weights on. The only shoe I've loved are Pumas but they are giving me blisters. Please Help!

it all depends on how you run.

I can't wear Asics because they're too narrow for my ankles so I got some Nikes that best suited me.

I would recommend looking for a store called A Snail's Pace Running Shop near you. They'll analyze your foot form and type (arch width/length) and your stride (how you run). Usually, they make you step on a memory foam to see the shape of your footprint. They ask you what your plans are for running (trails, track, cement, long distance etc.) Then, they'll recommend the best shoe for your needs.

you can also find a Road Runner. They'll do pretty much the same thing.

good luck and happy runnin'

Try Saucony. New Balance are great shoes but I find them bulky. Asics is a good shoe unless you're buying at the cheapo stores. Try Vaseline on your feet for blisters. My experience was that blisters was just a phase that you get through.
