Soy milk is good, but you can also take a calcium supplement. The best is Viactiv, which contains calcium, Vitamin D - which is required for the body to absorb calcium, and also Vitamin K. Viactiv is little chocolate chunks, that taste just like chocolate. I learned it is the best in nursing school, and that's what I take, because I can't drink milk either.

The closest nutritional substitute to milk is cheese. If you are simply lactose-intolerant (and do NOT have a dairy allergy, note they aren't the same thing), aged cheeses are fine. They don't contain lactose (sharp cheddar, for example). Check the package details. A lactose-free cheese won't have any carbohydrates.
Soy milk and almond milk are also good choices.

Milk is intended for baby animals to drink, not human adults. For calcium eat leafy greens such as kale, spinach and collards, almonds, sesame seeds, salmon, and beans. For Viatamin D spend 15 minutes a day in sunlight. For protein eat fish, poultry, lean meat and eggs.
