are you a teen living with your parents? I so, I do believe you should have something for yourself. Maybe your room.
Maybe you are a bit upset because your mom snaps at you to keep it clean, or maybe you want your own decor.
About keeping it clean, yes. You should try to keep it clean. Nothing set us parents off, than to finish cleaning our house and go to your messy room. About your decor, it think she should allow you to do some of your own. Maybe give you a wall were you can place some posters and what not, she should let you pick the paint and bed dressing of your choice and also she should respect your space.

actually we both do, my boyfriend has his "room". he keeps most of his stuff in there guitars, etc. I have my "room" for girlie stuff. we share our bedroom. we are both free to come and go in each others "rooms' as we want, but it is our space to be alone for a bit if we need to and decorate, or whatever, however we decide. silly but it works for us.
