Can women who recieve sex reassignment surgery to become men have an erection?

An erection without a pill like Viagra or penis pump? "Naturally"? Does their penis function like a male (from birth)? Do they ejaculate anything?

According to the Medical Journal women after the surgery can have erections like a regular male.However, they can't ejaculate.I wish I could explain to you the whole ejaculation process.The problem is the time and space in the answers.
