i believe you should respect your parent's wishes. maybe he's worried that you will get an infection- i don't know what his deal is but- honestly, be a good girl and don't do anything behind his back.
i don't think getting your ears pierced is a big deal- heck- my tongue is pierced and i have a tatoo but- i was well grown when i did this. i always respected my parents. my advice- don't constantly talk about it but do show that you are responsible for your age. you can do this by taking on responsibilities around the house and keeping your grades up. if you have younger siblings- help them with their homework, when they are acting up help your parents get them under control, make sure your room is tidy.
my friends have pre teen kids and when they confide in me their thoughts or feelings i always tell them that no matter how antiquated their parents ways are- they are only trying to look out for them. and that's what you have to remember. your dad is not just some big meany who wants to deprive you- he loves you.

Ask your dad again and see what he says, if the answer is still no, then ask him why he wont let you. if you dont like his reason just say oh, then walk away, if you put up an argument then he definatly wont let you, begging wont work either.

Why won't he let you pierce your ears. It's not like you are going to pierce your belly button or nose. Tell him that and maybe bribe him.(hehehehe)

you can't without his permission. ask him his reasons for not letting you have them done, then post them and maybe the community can help you convince him
