I usually wear the same pajamas for about a week or so, but I was wondering if that is actually disgusting and I just didn't know about it. It's not like I sweat profusely while I sleep, but I just wanted to know....

There's nothing disgusting about wearing the same pajamas everyday for the whole week. So long as it's clean and still smells fresh, each time you wear it.

Wearing the same kind of pajamas everyday for the whole week (without having to wash it in between) would be OK for not so humid climate. If you have airconditioning in your place, that wil somehow lessen the possibility of you getting sweaty.

Other people tend to be fussy or simply, routinary in terms of wearing different sets of pajamas every night. There is nothing peculiar with this, it's just a matter of preference or choice.

So if other folks say that's 'disgusting', that's their opinion but you don't have to buy it. Live up to what you want and what you think is alright for you.

I wear my pajamas for about a week also. However, I don't sleep in the same bed as anyone. If I did, I might change my pajamas a little more often.
I don't sweat and if I sniff my pajamas, they still smell like fabric softner, so I don't see the point in wasting water on them.
I wouldn't worry about if it's "disgusting" or not. If it bothers you or the person you sleep with, then wash them more often. If it doesn't bother you, then keep on doing it! No one will ever have to know :)

I would be willing to bet that the people who say that it is gross to wear them more than once aren't the ones doing laundry most of the time..or at least not PAYING for it!

Wear your pajamas as long as you want. It's not as if you're doing gardening or aerobics in them!

And to those people who use changing your underwear as a comparison I would ask: What kind of bodily functions are YOU doing in your pajamas at night that make you feel the need to change them??? Sound like YOU people are the nasty ones!

Unless you've got some serious crotch rot or ooze going on down there, your pj's should stay pretty clean. (unless there is a thong involved...then yes, change it daily)

I am also a non-sweating female and I wear my PJs for about 3-4 days before I rotate them out. I have a feeling that even though WE think we don't stink after wearing them for three consecutive days, others would think differently. We're just used to our own odor.

Depends on when you shower or bathe. If you have the day's dirt, sweat, and grime on you when you go to bed, I wouldn't wear them more than one night. If you shower before bed, no big deal unless it's hot and you're sweating in your sleep. (Menopausal women can relate to this!)

everybodies different and if you dont sweat much than that's ok. also a week is probably the longest you'd want to wear them, coz it's just like wearing clothes

IT's fine as long as it doesn't smell of body odour or sweat. When it does, it's time to wash it. Don't go more than a week without washing.
