Don't. You NEVER date your boss. That's a good way to lose your job in the long run.
The fact that he may be hitting on you and is your supervisor could even be a violation of your company's policy. Maybe you can date if you go to another department. But if you start dating, guess who they'll let go if the relationship goes bad and there's tension in the work environment?
I'll give you a hint, NOT HIM.
Be careful!

Touching in the workplace is forbidden on all jobs of relevance. Sure he may like you and want to bed you. But you have to look at other factors in this situation. Is he married, does he have kids and if so when will he have time for you. During lunch break, in the storage room or some other sleazy place. If the above is true than you are just another lay. Child support is 26% of the gross. Do you think he's going to risk that? I dfon't think so. Once you express yourself, the cat is out of the bag. If he gets to lay you and you find yourself swooning over him and he's married then the next move is to slide you right on out of the workplace. But on the other hand if he's single try the litmus test. When he touches your shoulder then you touch his hand and if it wams up then you may just have a catch. But you still have to keep it low profile and keep all the other employees out of your business. Because when they start whining his boss is going to let you go. So either way you can end up out the door. Also if he's single and an older guy that's probably his mode of operation (MO). Find those that fall for his game , lay them, then move on to the next one. Wish you look on what ever you decide. I would suggest you wear a chasity until you know for sure.

Ask yourself are you willing to lose your job for a possible fling with your boss because that is what will happen eventually.

reach up and touch his hand, tell him he's sweet. But that said, dating in the workplace is frowned upon. Just dont ask him out, if he's interested in you, he'll let you know.

sometimes the direct approach is the best thing, ask him out for lunch, less compromise, and still you'll get to know if his also interested, and also remember he is you're boss, it can get tricky
