Yes, in the right circumstance, any dog will bite. No, there is not a certain breed you can get that won't bite. Granted, some breeds have more that have bitten, or have characteristics that make them MORE LIKELY to bite. Or some dogs, like pit bulls, don't bite that much but when they do it's generally more drastic (because they are so strong).
But any dog - from the chihuahua to the Great Dane - will bite if it feels it needs to in order to protect itself.

Sure ! They have to bite to eat so it is a natural action. Most dogs are not agressive though. They will bite if they feel threatened or oftentimes when they are in pain. Some people really don't know how to act around dogs and end up makeing them nervous. They are quicker to bite then also.

Any dog of any breed or size is capable of biting in certain circumstances. These may include behaivor problems such as dominance aggression or because they're overprotective, resource aggression (protecting something that they think that is theirs), trying to break apart a dog fight, out of fear (these dogs are known as fear biters), lack of socialization, in pain or because the individual dog (NOT breed regardless of what the media tries to tell you and what the media brainwashed people want you to believer) has an unsound temperament.

Any animal with teeth or a beak is capable of biting.

YES. All dogs can and will bite, in the right circumstances.

It has NOTHING to do with breed, at all.

If pushed too far, yes. The difference is the amount of provocation it takes to set the dog off. Some will bite if you get near their dinner while they are eating it. Some you almost have to stick your hand in their mouth and clamp their jaws on it to get bitten. Mind if I ask why you inquire?

All dogs CAN bite if they are hurt or something, but if you train them right and love them they will not bite.

If a dog has a mouth, moving jaws, and teeth then it has the potential to bite.

Even the most patient and friendly dogs can bite if provoked enough.
