She could have a dress custom made in her team's fabric and color. (I ain't a Yankee fan, but I can imagine a dress made in NYY pinstripe!) Or she could accessorize a simple dress with color accents. I think the baseball cap is a great idea! She could build a bouquet in a mitt. Use bats and balls for decoration. If she has any attendants, they could be in uniform.
I think it sounds like a fun idea, especially for a vow renewal.
A local high school coach and his fiance (also a coach) got married half time at a football game, then had their reception in the gym. So it's not unheard of. Go for it!

What about buying a nice plain wedding dress or even a prom dress if she wanted color. Then you can use ribbon and either sew it or use that stitch witchery stuff and iron it on. You could do some really fun V patterns on the seams so it looks like a baseball.

For a vow renewal, a 'wedding dress' isn't worn, it's not "another wedding"! She could just wear a pretty dress, or a dressy pantsuit because of the location.

All the brides I've seen who married at ballparks wore regular bridal gowns. So I would assume their moms wore regular mother-of-the-bride stuff too . . . maybe just not quite so formal?
Is it an afternoon wedding? If so, how about a nice suit?
I wouldn't worry with matching team colors or baseball stuff. Just pick something nice that is flattering to you and your body type.
And ask your daughter's opinion. Get her advice.

Not sure about that. Instead, why not wear just a simple, shorter white dress and a baseball cap of her favorite team?
