I feel that God is ready to pour out His spirit on all flesh as Joel 2 tells us. But I fear that we as Christians aren't truly ready for the revival that that will bring. So will you humble yourselves with me to one pray that God pours out His spirit and two that He finds a church that is ready and willing for what He wants to do with them?

I do feel that He will use us individually. The fact is is that I will probably never have the pleasure to meet you. But what I know is that all revivals must start with saints praying in one accord for God to show Himself to His people.

Thank you all for the encouragement. You do not know the true peace I am experiencing right now. I am being flooded with the love of God and His mercies are new to me every morning. It is very hard trying to pick a best answer for this so no one be offended, I just don't want a community that does not know how special this question has been to pick the best answer. Once again thank you all and may God bless you.

Revival starts with us as individuals.

Father God, I pray that You will begin to do a work of the Holy Spirit in our lives, keeping us accountable to You throughout each day, in thought, word and deed. Keeping us pliable in your hands, to mould us and shape us to be more like You.

We long to see a mighty move of Your Spirit across this needy world. We long to see You break through in the lives of men and women boys and girls with Your wonderful salvation, in measures which we have not heard of. We long to see Your will being done on earth, as it is in Heaven.

For we stand as the church of the Living God
Declaring He is King of all the earth
No power or principality can shake us anymore
For we stand united, never to be divided
For we stand together with our God.

Father in Heaven, I pray that Your Holy Spirit will pour like rain over the earth, softening hard hearts, opening closed eyes and minds to your glory. Make us receptive and useful to you as we prepare for Your revival. In Jesus name, Amen

Heavenly Father, Make ready Your Church, Your Bride to be open and receptive of the outpouring of Your Spirit. Start a revival in our own hearts that we will want to share You with the World...and allow the World to be ready....remove the scales from their eyes that they may see You. In the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

I think that perhaps He will use us individually, rather than corporately. I might be wrong, though. I WILL pray about this tonight.

Sure, Joel.
Let's pray. You start, and I'm right here with you.
Tell me when I get the stuff pouring over me.
