The natural cycle of global warming began 18,000 years ago since when the sea level along the Florida coastline (and the rest of the world) has risen by 130 metres (400 feet). Most of this rise occurred in the first 7,500 years during which the glaciers that covered much of North America, Europe and Asia retreated.

For the past 8,000 years sea levels have been almost constant, rising by about 0.1mm per year. Since the onset of the Industrial Revolution and the associated anthropogenic global warming they've started rising again and the rate of rising is accelerating. Currently it's 3mm per year and is expected to increase to 5 or 6mm a year by 2050.

Well temperatures started "rapidly" increasing about 200 years ago.

Compared to what it has been before, sea levels remain largely unchanged regardless of temperature fluctuation.
