Some do it because they're insecure and don't want their friends to see them as punks (which is stupid) some guys are more mature and dont care what there friends think it just depends on the maturity level of they guys you choose to date Best Wishes =-)

I am not sure, but would really like to hear the answers to this myself. my guy is sweet and wonderful alone or with certain friends, but then with some of his ****** friends, he is totally different. and acts like he does not care.

with you they act all romantic and lovie-dovie, but it's different around their boys b/c he wants them to know that he's all bad and that he can do whatever he wants without them making fun of him.
