No because first of all, Hitler was crazy and would not have done that and besides, we were fully in-trenched in fighting and supporting Britain against the Germans.
They say hind sight is always 20/20, and it was said that if Patton did make the comment, " we are fighting the wrong enemy, lets arm the Germans and kick the Russians ***", that would have been the best option. The only bad part is, we had already sent them lend/lease aircraft, tanks, ships and such so, we would be fighting our equipment.

No the USA had enough of Hitler by that point in the war.
Our Alliance with Russia was already worked out by then.
Also Hitler had a habit of back stabbing his allies.

It would have been a bizarre political manuever, even for a madman. Germany and Japan were already allied. That the USA and USSR might as well have been - the US had been aiding the allies materially for years at that point.
A relationship founded on backstabbing like that probably wouldn't have ended well.

After Pearl Harbor, america declared conflict on Japan, yet did no longer declare conflict on Germany. some days later, Germany venerated its treaty duties with Japan, and declared conflict on america. it is well worth pointing out that FDR ought to no longer are transforming into sufficient votes in Congress to declare conflict on Germany, so he did no longer ask for it.

Hitler is/was so over rated. The moron wasn't a genius at strategy. Otherwise, the world would have been blond and blue eyed per his mission.
I think the US would have "hypothetically" better success allying with Fidel. He seems to have some type of intelligence.
