I don't understand what you mean. Please restate it unambiguously and without the flowery rhetoric. If you know how to do these things then you should have no problem with the restatement.

Never mind. I will answer the questions you probably meant to ask:

Peace of mind is generated, not found. Laughter is the most effective method.

Love has no measurable capacity.

Awareness is self-describing, so it is not possible to know if it has been increased.

By taking refuge in the Buddha, the dharma and the sangha. By following the Buddhist precepts. But most by meditating on consistent basis, both vipassana and metta meditation. I also like to practice tonglen. Along with these are extended meditation silent retreats. It is great to give up speaking for 10-20 days.

I also like to be around friends who are on a similar path so that we cans support one another.

It is also important to have right livelihood so that my day actions and interactions with people support my Buddhist practice during the day. That certainly helps. By not having to compartmentalize my life, I can keep to my precepts and moral beliefs all day everday (as much as humanly possible without being anywhere near being an enlightened being.)

The best answer I can give is to ask Jesus to come into your life. As for myself, I read 'The sinner's prayer' off a pamphlet.
But God is a reader of the heart. Ask him to come in the best way you can. He will hear you.
Btw, when asked God into my life, Nothing to speak of happened right then. But within a week I was a different person. The joy I felt was like falling in love for the first time. All of a sudden the bible opened up to me in terms of understanding, And I simply craved reading it. And didn't expect most of the things that happened to me. It was the happiest time of my life. God bless

Sheesh...it's been a long week and I don't have the strength to even know where to start with these intense questions!
However, Danny H. and I are on the same page!
