This makes me mad, I was watching the Cup qualifying and with 30 minutes left to go, they switch over to a Craftsman Truck Setup show to do nothing but chit chat about stuff for the remainder of the 30 minutes. I don't find where this Setup show is more important to show on SPEED than the Cup Qualifying. The Truck racing wouldn't even start until after qualifying was over with anyway.

That made me so mad! I was waiting to see Kasey Kahne qualify, and when they started talking about the Truck Series when he started, I just knew they were going to switch over to it. They couldn't even wait for me to see how he qualified! I don't see why they couldn't wait until qualifying was over. I don't think many people want to sit there and watch a couple of people talk forever. I think more of us would probably want to see qualifying! I know I would!

Speaking of tips from TNT. What in the world was the deal with the Die hard ad in the middle of a segment? I'm afraid this is the advertisement tool of the future that will completely take over the broadcast. They have to advertise to pay for the broadcast, but they take it well beyond right and proper.

As to the truck thing, they must fill their exlusive contract for NCTS or lose it. Petition Speed to add a second channel so they can handle these situations.

SPEED TV 2, one can dream.

I know what your saying but you can't blame SPEED for NASCAR not keeping on schedule.

I personally would be upset if they held the truck race start until NASCAR qualifying was over. Why does anyone watch NASCAR qualifying anyway when 35 cars already are in the show? Most of you people don't like road track anyway.

It looks like the would have allowed more than 90 minutes for 50 cars to qualify. I even knew it would take longer than that for all those cars to qualify.

you are sooo right, I wait for quals and they did this same thing last week only they went to road racing instead leaving us wondering about quals...they repeated the quals at night but man its not right to sit and watch just to have it taken away before it is done. I think we should all contact speed and let them know how we feel.

I'm not sure as to why that happened. Its possible Cup was runnig late and Craftsman had the time reserved,...but who knows.
