what are some good high paying jobs or jobs you can work you way up that a person with only a high school diploma can get? so far all i have found is the post office. can you think of anything else? also what kind of short job training could get a person a good job? please help! thanks

i got a job in the IRS internal revenue service.. right outta high school. basically its the people that collect taxes... that was 4 yrs ago, and i got paid $16 an hour.. my mothers friends worked in there, and i was pretty lucky. im still there.its a federal job, so sometimes you have to have a degree or some sort or military expertise... but keep trying..
