Chances are he needs you more than you think, however, He may feel that way so strongly he's afraid he's going to screw somthing up with you. If he wants time then give it to him, is my advice. If he's that important to you, he'l be important enough to wait for. Even if it kills you, it will make it all the better once he comes around in the end. He sounds to me like he genuinly cares for you, though. So hang in there, I'm sure you'l both end up fine. He's probably just unsure of himself.

Sounds like he likes you, and since he doesn't want to rush you is a good sign.Take your time and have fun with it. In other words, don't rush yourself either, you don't want to be to hasty with these sort of things, oh...how long have you known him? Trust me on this. Been there done that, and wished i would have been more patient, lots of time.

just wait...try to give him some signals that shows you love him, but not serious stuff. The best thing you can do is tell him what you feel and if doesnt feels the same tell him its ok you can wait until he is ready

If he wants you, he will make the move, just be patient. Pretend like he's on the backburner until he's more forward..don't put all your eggs into 1 basket, so to speak.

all you have to do is gradually work up to a relatoinship. find out more about him. even though you want him really bad, just take your time and things will just fall into place.

If he kissed you, ask him out. Usually, poeple date before kissing, so it would be normal to ask him out. Plus, if you don't, he might question whether you like him or not and things may go badly.
