Im making wiltons homemade chocolate and vanilla candies for my b-day bash. But i need to make them like 6 days ahead of time cause of my busy schedule. Do you think i can freeze them and how long can they be frozen?

You can freeze them, but the chocolate might get a white film (the cold temp causes the sugar and oil in the chocolate to crystallize and rise to the top), it won't effect the flavor, but they're not as pretty (the same thing can happen in the refrigerator). I'm not sure what recipe you're using, but if it is just a normal buttercream base, they should be fine in a container in a cool dark place without refrigeration. Chocolate is best stored at around 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Your chocolate will change color due to temperature changes. It will become light in color and powdery in texture if you freeze and thaw. I'd recommend that you consider making something that will freeze, or perhaps, if you are interested in making truffles, freeze the centers and then dip after they have defrosted and reached room temperature.
