Finding out your cell phone number?

I just came to the US from Hong Kong on vacation and I'm not sure how to find out what my cell phone number is here. can anyone help me?

Did you get a Sim card for the states or did you open a plan for your cell. I am traveling constantly and the trick that I have learned is to write down you Sim card number as they are putting the card in your phone. Then... call yourself on the number and save the number in your phone. Save it under AAA-USA and it will show up in the number 1 slot on your phone. When you need your number you just hit your directory of numbers and select view and your number is there. When you are traveling you have so many numbers that you just can't remember them all. If worse comes to worse. find a friend with a cell phone and call them. you number will come up on their phone and you can write it down. then save it to your phone. Many times the number will show up if you turn off your phone and restart it.
